How is the engraving done?
Our engraving is done using laser engraving for precise, lasting results on each piece.
Which materials and plating are compatible with engraving?
Engraving is available on 18k gold-bonded and stainless steel pieces.
Does engraving affect tarnish resistance or water resistance?
Laser engraving does not affect the gold layer on gold-bonded pieces. We recommend the same care as non-engraved pieces. Standard care applies: avoid prolonged water exposure, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
Are there allergy considerations with engraved pieces?
Our base metals are traditionally hypoallergenic and nickel-free unless otherwise noted. Engraving does not introduce new materials, so allergy considerations remain the same as the original piece.
Is engraving permanent?
Yes — engraving is permanent and cannot be removed or altered once completed. Please double-check spelling before submitting your order. All engraved pieces are final sale.
Does engraving add to my processing time?
Yes, personalized pieces require an additional 2–3 business days for engraving before shipment.
Does the one-year jewelry warranty cover engraved pieces?
Yes. Our one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects on all pieces, including engraved ones. It does not cover normal wear, engraving fade over time, or damage from misuse.
