1. General Questions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 14 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do have ocassional Popup Shop and offer free shipping, so you can try our products risk-free.
2. Returns and Exchanges
Returns Policy
Giselle Stella's got your back with a 14-day return/exchange policy for eligible online purchases. If you changed your mind, no worries! Simply send back the item to the distribution center in its original packaging with tags attached, and you'll get a full refund. But as with all good things, there are a few restrictions. Items that have been customized, Giselle Stella branded goodies, and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, for all other unused and unworn items, you have 14 days to return the product to the distribution center to receive a full refund. Keep in mind, though, that Giselle Stella does not cover the cost of return shipping. To send something back, just drop an email to returns@gisellestella.com with your order number and reason for return, and our team will give you the RMA# and shipping information you need or fill out form bellow.
3. Promo Items
Listen up savvy shoppers! If you snagged a deal during our "Gift With Purchase", "Buy One, Get One Free" promotion, or ect. you're fortunate! You can still return your purchase, but make sure to include the gifted product to get a full refund. If that gift is missing in action, we'll have to deduct the retail value from your refund. And sorry, but gifted goodies can't be returned or exchanged. But wait, there's more! Our promotions are like hotcakes and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. So, to grab that sweet deal, enter the promotion code at online checkout. Just remember, our promos can't be combined with other offers or applied to previous purchases, sales tax, or shipping charges. Each promo has its own unique terms and is only valid for a certain date and timeframe. Happy shopping!
4. Shipping Policy
Whoop whoop! Free US Shipping alert! We'll happily ship your goodies to you with our standard shipping option- no extra cost. If you're shipping to a P.O. Box, we'll use the USPS delivery option through our standard shipping method. But hey, if you're in a rush, we've got your back! You can pick our Expedited or Rush shipping options for a small fee. Please note that choosing these options won't affect the production time for customized items. Once your customized item is ready, we'll ship it out lickety-split with the shipping method you chose at checkout. Our Standard Shipping is awesome: we'll take 2-3 days to process/produce your order (backorders 7-10 days), and then voila! In 3-5 business days, your order will be in your hands. Sorry, international friends! We're not quite there yet with international shipping, but we're working on it. Don’t worry, we'll have you covered soon!

Product Availability & Out of Stock Products
Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. Our stock is replenished on a monthly basis depending on the particular item. If the product says, "coming soon" or "temporarily out of stock," come visit us again.
Account registration, sign in, password & linked accounts
Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the Sign In screen. Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Changing Your Login Email Address or Password
You can change your account email address and password on the Account Information page. All your email subscriptions and order confirmations will be sent to your new email address.
Order status & history
Tracking an Order
You can track the status of your order by using tracking number provided to email on file once shipped. You can review the tracking history and the estimated date of delivery. Please estimate 1 - 3 business days from the time your order has shipped.
Order Statuses:
Order Submitted - your order status will appear as "Placed."
Order Processing - "In Progress"
Once you have placed your order, to will be processed and packed for shipment. During this time, your order status will appear as "In Progress." Please allow 3 - 4 business days for the order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Order Delivery - "Shipped"
Once we have assigned a tracking number to your order, and it has left our office, the order status will appear as "Shipped."
Order Delivery - "Partially Shipped"
Your order will arrive in multiple shipments, once one of those shipments has left our office, the order status will appear as "Partially Shipped."
Order Returned - "Returned"
It takes up to 2 weeks to process a return and credit your credit card account. Once your order has been returned and processed, the order status will show "Returned." We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Canceling or Modifying an Order
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket.
Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you would like to cancel your order, most orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after being placed. To check the status of an order, check the Order Details page.
Partially Canceled Orders
If an item in your order is out of stock after your order has been placed, the out of stock item will be canceled from your order, and you will receive notification via email. All in-stock items in your order will be shipped. If the initial order you placed met the $35 minimum free shipping threshold, but part of your order was canceled by us, the order will still ship for free.
