Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which begins one day after you receive your item.
Return Eligibility To qualify for a return, items must be in the original condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Starting a Return To start a return, contact us at info@gisellestella.com. Upon approval, we’ll provide instructions and the RMA address for shipping. Note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Shipping a Return We recommend using a shipping provider that offers tracking and providing the tracking number to the Giselle Stella team. Please note that return shipping costs and services are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Custom items, such as special orders or personalized products, are non-returnable. Gift cards are also non-returnable. For specific questions, please contact us.
Exchanges For a quick exchange, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order once the return is accepted. Please note that return shipping costs and services are the responsibility of the customer. New order cost will be covered by Giselle Stella using standard shipping, unless expedited shipping is covered and requested by customer. Please let our team know if you have a preferance.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card to process the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at info@gisellestella.com.
