Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries! At Giselle Stella, we want you to love your jewelry and are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience.


We gladly accept eligible returns and exchanges within 14 days of your order date. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all original contents included.


To begin a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Care team for authorization and return instructions at returns@gisellestella.com.

Please Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Once your return has been shipped, please email us your tracking number so we can monitor the shipment and ensure it arrives safely.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 7–10 business days for your financial institution to process your refund.

Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Engraved items
  • Special-order products
  • Clearance or final sale merchandise
  • Gift cards

Fundraiser Orders

Items purchased through a Giselle Stella Fundraising Program are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for refunds.


If your fundraiser item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review your claim and provide an exchange or warranty replacement when applicable.


Limited Warranty


We proudly stand behind the quality of every Giselle Stella piece.


Our jewelry is covered by a 90-day Limited Manufacturing Warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects, including:

  • Missing stones due to workmanship
  • Broken clasps caused by manufacturing defects
  • Faulty soldering or assembly
  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship


If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please email our Customer Care team with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue
  • A brief description of what occurred

Our team will carefully review your claim. Depending on the issue, we may repair, replace, or exchange your item at our discretion.


The Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches or cosmetic damage
  • Lost or stolen jewelry
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper care or misuse
  • Damage caused by chemicals, excessive force, or unauthorized repairs
